Harold Gittelmon, Director

Harold joined the retail business in 2003, together with Richard Goldstein with whom he had been managing a small venture capital business specialising in the retail and consumer sectors. Harold is responsible for the Spa Division and the HR functions. In addition, he supports Neil Harding in managing relationships with cruise line customers and in tendering for new business opportunities. Harold previously worked for 3i plc and holds an MBA from business school.

Denise Williams

Denise joined Hardings in December 2004, following a successful career at sea and on land in the spa industry. Denise brings significant management experience to the team in her role as Senior Operations Supervisor.

Nina Leonard

Nina joined the business in 2005, having worked at sea as a crew purser and, most recently, been involved in recruiting for major cruise companies. Nina is the Human Resources Officer of the Spa Division and is responsible for the process from generating candidates to interviewing and then scheduling the staff when they embark and disembark ships. Nina thrives in our busy environment and has settled extremely quickly into the team.
